Michelle Bollinger, LMHC
Clinical Supervisor | Trauma Specialist | Crisis Management Expert
I bring over 20 years of experience in mental health and crisis services throughout King County. My specialties include crisis management, trauma treatment modalities, and client-centered, solution-focused counseling. I currently lead a mobile crisis team in South King County and have previously served as Clinical Director at a long-term, co-occurring inpatient treatment facility.
My professional background spans community mental health and public health settings, where I’ve provided therapy, case management, and crisis intervention to diverse populations. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) through the Harborview Abuse and Trauma Center.
One of my greatest passions is providing clinical supervision to emerging licensed clinicians. I view this role as both a responsibility and a privilege—offering active listening, ethical guidance, and meaningful support to those pursuing licensure.
I am a Washington State-approved clinical supervisor and meet WAC qualifications as both a Child Mental Health Specialist and a Developmental Disabilities Specialist.
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I love exploring the region’s natural beauty. My favorite escape, though, is relaxing on a quiet beach somewhere warm. A proud Disney enthusiast, I make annual trips with my daughter to soak up the magic. Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to building trusted partnerships, expanding community resources, and supporting professional growth in the behavioral health field.
